Crash on I-95 South in Philadelphia slows traffic
All lanes of traffic have reopened after a crash on I-95 South in Philadelphia, but there are residual delays, according to 511PA.
A crash involving at least two cars briefly limited traffic to one lane on I-95 South near Allegheny Avenue Friday afternoon. Chopper 3 was over the scene, where one car could be seen on its side with its roof torn off.
Pennsylvania State Police and first responders were on the scene.
The extent of the injuries is not clear.
