Convicted Sex Offender In Del. Arrested Again On Rape Charges
LITTLE CREEK, Del. (CBS) – Delaware State Police say a registered sex offender was arrested after he was found engaging in sexual acts with a 16-year-old boy.
Around 9:50 p.m. on Tuesday, a trooper located a suspicious vehicle parked at the Port Mahon Boat Ramp near Little Creek.
When he approached the car, he saw one male totally naked and another without a shirt on.
Further investigation revealed one of the occupants to be Frank T. Wallace, a high risk sex offender convicted in March 2004 for Sexual Exploitation of a Child, Dealing in Child Pornography, and Sexual Solicitation of a Child.
The other occupant of the vehicle was a 16-year-old male Wallace reportedly met on a dating website in September of 2013.
Police say Wallace and the juvenile had been involved in a sexual relationship for about a month and had sexual encounters seven times during that period.
Wallace was arrested and formally charged with seven counts of Rape 4th.
The 16-year-old was released to the custody of his parents and was not charged with any crime.
