CBS Philly has received the following community cancellations for Tuesday, February 16, 2016.

• Adult Care of Chester County centers delayed opening until 8:30 a.m.
• Chester County government offices will have a two-hour delayed opening.
• The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is opening state offices two hours late.
• Keystone Opportunities Center, in Souderton, is operating on a two-hour delay.
• Meals on Wheels in Pottstown is operating on a two-hour delay.
