PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Cinamatic.
You can put filters on pretty much any photo, but the choices are a lot smaller when it comes to video. Cinamatic comes loaded with options for your short films of 3-15 seconds.
You can also add a soundtrack and combine and rearrange clips to create longer works - and post them to the usual social media suspects.
