Child Pornography Conviction Overturned For Former Prep School Headmaster

WILMINGTON, D.E., (CBS) -- The Delaware Supreme Court overturned the conviction on child pornography charges for a former prep school headmaster.

In Wednesday's ruling, the court said the warrants to search the property of Christopher Wheeler were unconstitutional.

Wheeler was convicted last year on 25 counts of dealing child pornography. He was sentenced to 50 years in prison.

Wheeler is the former headmaster at Tower Hill School in Wilmington, N.J.
