Chester Police Investigating Gruesome Discovery
CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) – Police in Chester are investigating the burning death of a man who was found partially naked late Monday evening.
The gruesome discovery was made at about 11 p.m. in the 200 block of West Elkington Street opposite the Chester Park.
According to investigators, the unidentified man was found on fire and partially naked in a parking lot.
Firefighters quickly extinguished the fire, but the victim was pronounced dead a short time later.
Chester police are asking anyone who may have witnessed anything unusual in the area to contact them.
