Cat Upstages Mayor During Live Q & A
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- If you are a cat owner, you will relate to this awkward moment with a mayor from the Baltic country of Latvia.
The mayor of Riga was doing an online Q & A when he became instantly distracted as his cat sauntered over into view.
Then the cat walks over and takes a sip of from his mug.
Luckily, he wasn't upset by the interruption. Mayor Nils Usakovs is a well-known animal lover.
He has two pet cats roaming around the town hall.
