Camden County Man Charged With Fondling Female Students During EKG Class

CHERRY HILL, N.J. (CBS) -- More charges have been filed against a Cherry Hill man accused of inappropriately touching female students during a class on use of an electrocardiogram (heart monitor) machine.
Camden County prosecutor's spokesman Jason Laughlin says four more charges of unlawful sexual contact have been filed against 58-year-old John Ross of Cherry Hill, director of education at the Prism Career Institute in Cherry Hill and an instructor there.
Ross was charged last week with improperly touching two female students while showing them how to use an EKG device. According to Laughlin, he asked female students to take off their shirts in class.
"He is accused of directing his students of putting the leads for the device on their breasts -- these are female students. That's not where they go. They should go kind of under the chest area," explains Laughlin, "and then fondling their breasts under the pretense of attempting to adjust the leads."
Laughlin says a total of six charges have been filed against Ross, although the prosecutor's office suspects there may be other victims. He is asking anyone who may have been touched by Ross to contact the prosecutor's office at 856-225-8400.
