On a hot day, maybe ice cream sounds like just the ticket to cool off. KYW's John Ostapkovich has the scoop -- or is that two scoops?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Ice cream sales do perk up in spring and summer, notes Rachel Capistrano-Sorg, co-owner of More Than Just Ice Cream, near 12th and Locust Streets in center city Philadelphia.
So, she says, she and her servers are ready to dish.
"We have 32 flavors, and we have something for everyone," she said today. "We have the classics and then we also have, like, a little bit more daring. We have a ginger ice cream. Our best sellers are mint chocolate chip and Moose Tracks, for sure, but we also have strawberry cheesecake, blueberry cheesecake, Cinnabon."
Michael Strange, of Philadelphia-based Bassetts Ice Cream, says vanilla is king of sales, with French Vanilla and chocolate vying for second.
Capistrano-Sorg says her clients seem to prefer their ice cream relatively standard, but go wild for the home-made desserts her place makes.
