Abington Art Center Opens Heart-Smart Walking Trail

ABINGTON (CBS) - The Abington Art Center takes the wraps off its new heart-smart walking trail this evening.

It's just over a half mile long and Heather Rutledge, assistant director of the Abington Art Center, says designed to let you help your heart while enjoying the beauty:

"There are trail logs where you can keep track of your exercise. If you want to exercise, why not do it someplace different where you can see the sculptures change with the seasons."

From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. this evening, you can wander the trail, get advice from a local cardiologist, enjoy healthy snacks, exercise workouts and music. Abington Art Center is a 27-acre sculpture garden in Jenkintown, Montgomery County.
