MAPLE GLEN, Pa. (CBS) -- A home for sale in Montgomery County has quickly become the talk of the region. What makes this one stand out isn't the yard, or the beautiful kitchen, or the fact that it's more than 5,000 square feet.
It's what's in the basement -- what's listed as an "adult sexual oasis."
It looks like a normal suburban home, but's its got some very unique features that have gone viral in less than 24 hours and has some saying no to "50 Shades of Maple Glen."
The four bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom house can be all yours for $750,000.
But the home's unique feature comes with some mixed reaction.
"Beautiful kitchen, beautiful family room, nice secluded lot but then you come into the basement and there's this little private playground," Coldwell Banker preferred realtor Melissa Leonard said.
You could also call it a sexual oasis.
That's what Leonard dubbed the home, which is located at 1612 Norristown Road.
Leonard is hoping to sell the fully furnished home that includes the adult playground in the basement.
But after listing the home online, it went viral in just a matter of hours.
"A lot of people have liked it, a lot of people have cheered me on, but I've also had some realtors who are upset by it, saying it makes realtors look bad," Leonard said.
It's not just realtors who aren't fond of the listing.
"We upload our pictures to Bright MLS -- which is multiple listing services -- and they have decided the pictures of the basement and some of the write-up was inappropriate, so they took down some of my pictures and just redid the write-up."
And as quickly as the listing went viral, two real estate sites took down the listing just as quickly.
"I think that it should be portrayed the way it is," Leonard said. "I think someone calling and not seeing it the way it is, is not understanding and I don't want someone to come here and be upset by it."
Keep in mind, the basement can be converted, if the adult den doesn't tickle your fancy, but the realtor says you'll need to act fast.
"We've had probably six showings today and we have about 15 for the weekend," she said.
