2 Workers Suffer Minor Injuries After Reported Explosion in Lewes, Del.
LEWES, Del., (CBS) – Two workers suffered minor injuries after a reported explosion in Lewes, Delaware.
The incident was reported at 2:43 p.m. in the 30000 block of Park Terrace at the Ridings of Rehoboth.
The Delaware State Fire Marshal's office says two Schagrin Gas Company workers were found with very minor injuries and taken to Beebe Medical Center.
State fire investigators report that the incident happened when the two workers were attempting to repair a PVC gas line.
No additional injuries have been reported at this time.
The incident is under investigation.
