PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One lucky person is now a millionaire after buying a scratch-off ticket in Philadelphia. The $1 million-winning PA Millionaire's Club Scratch-off ticket was sold at Hanuman Fuels Inc. on the 5000 block of Wynnefield Avenue in Wynnefield Heights.
The seller will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
The PA Millionaire's Club is a $20 game that offers top prizes of $1 million.
