There were no breakthroughs on major issues Tuesday as Pennsylvania lawmakers get closer to their summer recess scheduled for Sunday.
"This decision was a bad day for America and for voting," says Jennifer Clarke, executive director of the Public Interest Law Center and one of the plaintiff attorneys in Pennsylvania's yearlong battle over voter ID.
It appears that the majority Republicans in the Pennsylvania are poised to gut a transportation funding bill passed by the state senate earlier this year.
