According to Rosemont's website, the college will be closed on Thursday, February 6th and Friday, February 7th.
Amtrak said its "Keystone" service would not resume until Thursday at the earliest.
Crews are responding to the scene of a bus accident in Bethlehem Township.
As of 1:30pm Wednesday, the utility listed about 624,000 homes and businesses without electricity.
"We have people out there, working over miles of territory to clear trees and get things restored," said SEPTA deputy general manager Jeff Knueppel.
This latest round of winter weather won't be profitable for the snowplow drivers, but it will be for the companies that take down damaged trees.

A Winter Storm Warning will continue into Wednesday for snow and ice with the biggest threat North and West of Philadelphia.
