On the Web, CBSNews.com will report election results, updated every 90 seconds, for presidential, congressional, and gubernatorial races - right down to your county! As polls close across the nation, and state presidential races are called, we'll keep a running tally of electoral votes, declaring a winner when one of the candidates hits the magic 270 electoral votes needed to win.
