You Decide: The Winkleviis or Zuckerberg?

"It wasn't like these were individuals without help. Isn't it a little difficult to say this is a situation where they were taken advantage of?"

So said Judge J. Clifford Wallace on Tuesday to Jerome Falk Jr., the attorney representing the Winklevoss twins in their bid to reopen a 2008 settlement with Facebook and its founder Mark Zuckerberg. Basically, the Winkelvoss twins - immortalized in the movie "The Social Network" as "the Winkelvii," - argue that they're entitled to a much bigger chunk of change than they received. The basic argument: Facebook misled the twins, who used an out-of-date press release pegging the company's value at around $15 billion.

In response to the judge's query, Falk said: "I agree my clients were not behind the barn door when brains were passed out."
