Woman sought in Kansas murder investigation arrested

WICHITA, Kans. -- A woman wanted for the murder of a man found dead in her home nearly two weeks ago was arrested Sunday, reports CBS affiliate KWCH.

Brittany Renee McDay, 22, has been charged with first degree murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, theft and criminal use of a financial card in connection with the death of Jackie Harvey, 66.

Harvey was found dead from a gunshot wound in McDay's Wichita home on Sept. 15.

McDay is being held on a $250,000 bond.

Last week, police also arrested Jacob Strouse, 21, in connection to the murder. His charges include first degree murder, aggravated burglary, aggravated robbery, theft, criminal possession of a weapon by a felon and aggravated weapons violation by a convicted felon.
