Woman reports couple having sex in their SUV, gets run over

(CBS) INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - A woman who reportedly called 911 on a couple having sex in an SUV at an Indianapolis motel parking lot was run over by the vehicle when she tried to block them from leaving, according to the Indianapolis Star.

According to the paper, the woman suffered injuries to her arm and foot. Police said the SUV ran into her and knocked her to the ground after she physically tried to stop it from exiting the parking lot of a Super 8 motel, at about 1:30 Thursday morning.

The paper reports that after the 20-year-old woman spotted the couple in their vehicle, she was determined to get police to the scene, and called both 911 and the motel's manager.

The Indianapolis Star says police reports indicated the driver tried to avoid hitting the victim but she kept getting in the way. The hotel manager reportedly gave cops the license plate to locate the owner of the car.

The woman agreed to go to the hospital on her own to get treatment.
