(CBS) PHILADELPHIA - Witnesses say the driver of a school bus that crashed into a home in North Philadelphia Monday afternoon was on his cell phone before the bus went out of control.

Police said all four students on the bus were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, CBS Philly reported.

Authorities say the bus sideswiped a car, then crashed into a cemetery fence before slamming into the home.

Inspectors from the city's Licenses and Inspections department were called out to survey the damage.

No charges have been filed against the driver.
