The poster says the amusing kite FAIL took place at Ruddington Country Park in the UK. YouTube seems to have thousands of videos of "power kite" mishaps, leading one to ask: what is the point of these things? (Besides the great FAIL clips they provide. Thanks for that, power kites.)
