Will Obama's Security Review Prevent Future Threats?
Reid confirmed that officials at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue were still working on the anticipated report which some inside the White House has said will "shock" Americans. He said part of the delay might be they are discerning what information should remain classified.
Martin reasoned that the report will likely indicate the age old intelligence dilemma – there was too much information from too many sources – and that will not deter future threats.

He added: "I think the next time we have an intelligence failure, we will be talking about the same thing. The information was all there but analysts failed to connect the dots."
