Peter Pisano and Brian Moen, the duo that is Peter Wolf Crier, have figured that out. Along with said percussion they weave in atmospheric keyboards and splashes of rich rhythm guitar. The vocals are highly hummable, too.

The duo's second album, "Garden of Arms," came out Sept. 6 on Jagjaguwar. You can catch them on the road this fall, playing some dates with CBSNews.com favorites Milagres.
