Waxman To Mukasey: Investigate Whether Clemens Committed Perjury

Reps. Henry A. Waxman (D-Calif.) and Tom Davis (R-Va.), chairman and ranking member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, today asked the Justice Department to investigate “whether former professional baseball player Roger Clemens committed perjury and made knowingly false statements” when he testified before the committee recently.
