Demi Lovato took a pretty bad stage tumble over the weekend while performing in Los Angeles at KIIS FM's summer pool party.

She posted a short Instagram video of the slip, which took place on the roof of the WaterMarke Tower. To her credit, Lovato faced some potentially dangerous stage-slipping elements while singing "Cool for the Summer." She was not only on a wet stage in a pool, but she was also sporting very high heels.

Lovato also joked about the fall on Twitter, writing, "Well... It's not a tour without busting ass!!!!!!"

The 22-year-old singer stayed cool, though, getting back onstage before jumping into the pool.
