Video: Beverly Hills BMW driver pins bicyclist against trash bin in apparent road rage fit

Police were asking for the public's help Tuesday in identifying a suspect in an apparent road rage incident in Beverly Hills, CBS Los Angeles reports.

On April 3, 2013 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the driver of a possible 2008 or later model white BMW 328i was involved in a road rage incident involving a bicyclist at the intersection of Doheny Drive and Clifton Way, according to Beverly Hills Police.

During the incident the bicyclist punched the driver in the face. The driver of the vehicle then allegedly threatened to kill the victim and followed him into an alley in the 9000 Block of Wilshire Blvd. between Wetherly Drive and Almont Drive, police said.

The driver intentionally rammed the bicyclist with his vehicle pinning him to a metal rolling trash bin, but police said the victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and is expected to recover.

The suspect is described as a male/Middle Eastern or White, mid-30?s with dark hair and dark eyes with a thin build. The suspect vehicle most likely sustained minor front end damage, police said.
