Vanessa Trump Hoping To Be 'The Best Mom'
Vanessa and Don Trump Jr., born just two weeks apart, threw a joint birthday party and shopping soiree at New York's FAO Schwartz toy store this week in support of Operation Smile.
A radiant Vanessa Trump told TheShowbuzz.com's Muni Jaitly that her New Year's resolution is to learn to be the best mom she can be to the couple's first child, due June 2007.
When asked about the sex of the baby Mrs. Trump said she would take after her sister and keep it a surprise.
"My sister, both pregnancies, did not find out… I was with her in the delivery room and it was a surprise" she said. "I think it's just wonderful not knowing."
The couple plan on spending New Year's in Mar-A-Lago, a Trump estate in Palm Beach.
When asked about his New Year's resolution, Don Jr. said he doesn't really have one.
He said jokingly, "If I had to come up with one I guess… probably lose a little bit more weight and that never really ends up working out."
