Use Outlook to Print Blank Calendars
Much as we prefer to go paperless around these parts, where calendars are concerned, sometimes you need the real deal. The How-To Geek shows you how to use Outlook to print blank calendars, the kind you fill in yourself using those oldfangled pen thingies.
It's an incredibly easy process: You simply create a new folder that contains "Calendar Items," then select that calendar for display while de-selecting your usual one. What's nice is that when you go to print the new, blank calendar, you can choose any date range you want -- like from the middle of one month to the middle of the next.
Although the Geek illustrates the process using Outlook 2007, it's virtually identical in Outlook 2003.
Speaking of calendars, did you see my recent post about Microsoft's Calendar Printing Assistant? It provides a batch of nice-looking templates you can use to print nice-looking calendars. And don't miss Dave's post on reusing calendars from years past.
