Two teens charged with first-degree murder in Louisiana mobile home slaying

(CBS/AP) HOUMA, La. - Terrebonne Parish sheriff's detectives say two 16-year-olds face charges in the fatal Sunday shooting of a 25-year-old man in his mobile home in southern Louisiana.

The teens, whose names were not released because they are minors, face charges of first-degree murder in the the death of Tyrone Walls Jr. Deputies say they each also face a charge armed robbery.

According to The Courier, Walls' girlfriend called police around 10:30 p.m. and told them two boys had come into the mobile home and shot her live-in boyfriend. An autopsy concluded that Walls died of multiple gunshot wounds in his chest and torso.

Deputies told The Courier they found one of the teens at Evergreen Junior High School Tuesday morning and the other in the New Orleans juvenile jail.
