NEW YORK (CBS) Summer is just around the corner, and Ashley Greene is making it clear she's ready for bikini season by flaunting her fit physique on the latest cover of Women's Health.

In the July/August issue, the "Twilight" star talks about her fitness routine and how her ideal body shape is one that is curvy and strong.

"A lot of people like to be supertiny, but I don't want a child's body--I want a woman's body that is extremely fit. It's so much sexier," the 23-year-old actress tells the magazine

Greene, who doesn't believe in diets, admits she is not one to deprive herself of food.

"Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it," she said.

But despite playing the role of vampire Alice Cullen in the mega-profitable "Twilight" series, Greene admits she is indeed human and just like everyone else, suffers from a few problem areas.

"I do side planks for my oblique's, which are one of my trouble areas," Greene says. "And traditional planks tone your back so you don't have that little bit of fat hanging over your bra. Ugh!"

Greene will soon return to the big screen when "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse" opens in theaters on June 30.
