(CBS/AP) HACKENSACK, N.J. - Three people have now been charged in the slaying of New York City rapper Rhian H. Stoute, aka Kampane, who was found shot to death inside a burning SUV parked on a New Jersey street last Tuesday.

Randy Manning of Brooklyn has been charged with felony murder and witness tampering in the death of Stoute, a fledgling 33-year-old Brooklyn hip-hop artist, according to Bergen County Prosecutor John Molinelli.

Manning's girlfriend and a friend of his were both charged with hindering his apprehension.  All three are due to make their initial court appearances on Monday afternoon.

Molinelli says Stoute had been driving with Manning on a shopping trip to malls in Paramus last Monday, and later to a vacant house in Englewood. This is where Manning shot the rapper several times, according to the New York Daily News.

The Daily News also reports that the murder was not related to Stoute's singing career, according to Molinelli, but a dispute over money.

Manning is being held on $2 million bail.
