Threatening phone call charges dropped against "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans

Brunswick County Sheriff's Office

(CBS/AP) Charges of making threats and harassing phone calls have been dropped against "Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans.

The woman who filed the charges decided she did not want to pursue them, according to Evan's attorney, Dustin Sullivan.

Evans tweeted the news of the case to her followers:

But, Evans is still embroiled in a legal dispute with her former boss, James Duffy. She has filed a cyberstalking complaint against him, and he responded by filing a cyberstalking complaint of his own.

Evans has a two-year-old son, Jace, who is in her mother's custody. The MTV spinoff of "16 and Pregnant," "Teen Mom" follows four mothers through the early years of parenthood.
