This week, we can see reputed party-girl Lindsay Lohan flex her acting muscles along with some of the best in the business, Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman, in "Georgia Rule." She may be the future of the business, but for those with nostalgia, "Dirty Dancing" is back, and so are "The Waltons."
MOVIES
"28 Weeks Later" is a sequel to "28 Days Later" and is about the United States' Army's fight against a deadly infection. The military thought it won the fight, but the zombie-producing virus that decimated Britain is back and stronger than ever. The movie stars Robert Carlyle, Harold Perrineau, and Catherine McCormack. Danny Boyle, the director of the first film, is now an executive producer. It comes out May 11.
"The Ex" is a comedy staring Zach Braff, Amanda Peet, Jason Bateman and Charles Grodin. Braff, a slacker, goes to work at his father-in-law's advertising company to support his wife and newborn baby.

"Traveler" is a new ABC drama which premieres May 30, but a sneak preview airs Thursday at 10 p.m. EDT. A silly prank at a major New York art museum coincides with a terrorist attack and the pranksters played by Matthew Bomer and Logan Marshall-Green may have been framed by their friend Will Traveler, played by Aaron Stanford.
"51 Birch Street" is a documentary that asks if we ever really know our parents. Further, if we were suddenly given the chance to know all about them, would we take it? Filmmaker Doug Block ("Home Page") thought his parents had the perfect marriage until his mom died suddenly and his father quickly remarried. Block and his sisters learn that not everything was as it seemed. The film airs 7 p.m. Tuesday on Cinemax.
"Pocahontas Revealed" on PBS exposes the myths behind English colonist John Smith and Pocahontas. It debunks the tale that Pocahontas saved Smith from her father. The film airs 8 p.m. Tuesday.
"Law & Order: Criminal Intent" is always ripping from the headlines, and this week's episode called "Bombshell" mirrors the Anna Nicole Smith saga. "Criminal Intent" airs 9 p.m. Tuesday on NBC.
The "Frontline" documentary "When Kids Get Life" examines the American practice of prosecuting children under 18 as adults. It airs 9 p.m. Tuesday on PBS.
MUSIC
"Volta", Icelandic singer Bjork's new CD, is partly produced by hit-maker Timbaland. It hits stores on May 7.
"Streisand: Live In Concert" is a two-disc album featuring some of Barbara Streisand's best performances from her 2006 tour, including "Funny Girl," "Come Rain Or Come Shine," and "Happy Days Are Here Again." It also goes on sale May 7.
"Strength and Loyalty" is Cleveland-based rap group Bone's new album. The rappers are collaborating with former rival Twista for the album which comes out May 8.
"Princess P": Paris Bennet was a favorite on "American Idol" last year and now she is out with her own album which even features former contestant, Kevin Covais a.k.a. Chicken Little. It's also out on May 8.
DVD
"The Waltons: The Complete Fifth Season": If you are a fan of mountain life, this is the perfect DVD set for you. "The Waltons" is a tale of a family living in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia during the Depression.
"The Painted Veil" stars Naomi Watts and Edward Norton who play a 1920s couple marred by infidelity and vengeance. They learn to understand each other when he accepts a job in rural China.
"Catch & Release" stars Jennifer Garner and Kevin Smith. It's a romantic comedy about a young woman whose fiancé died. She moves in with his best friends only to find out that her fiancé had a child with another woman.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of "Dirty Dancing," which stars Jennifer Grey and Patrick Swazey. The special edition DVD features interviews, music videos, a tribute to the late Jerry Orbach and deleted scenes.
The romantic comedy "Music and Lyrics" is also out this week. It stars Hugh Grant and Drew Barrymore who collaborate on washed-up pop star Grant's comeback.

THEATER
"Radio Golf" by the Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning playwright August Wilson opens May 8 in New York's Cort Theater. It portrays African-American life throughout the 20th Century through the story of a black politician living in Pittsburgh.
"110 In the Shade" is set in Texas during the 1930s. Lizzie Curry has had no luck in love until a new man strolls into town. The play opens May 9 at Studio 54 in New York.
"Dixie's Tupperware Party" opens Off-Off-Broadway at the Ars Nova Theater on May 10. It's about an Alabama housewife who uses Tupperware not only for interesting purposes, but to bond and express her interesting opinions.
