The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency

We start off where we left off with the Janice Dickinson project.

JP, a former Survivor and now model, was asked to do the cover of Instinct magazine but the catch is he has to be gay. Janice had the unfortunate job of asking him whether he was gay or not and it looked like last week that he was worried about this question.

So JP tells Janice that he will do the cover, basically coming out on national TV, and I say good for him — there is no reason in the world today to hide yourself or who you are.

He tells Janice he was real worried about this because he doesn't want to lose any of his friends and family or his masculinity. Janice actually takes a timeout and seems real sincere and gives him a pep talk. It was an honest and kind moment between Janice and JP, and really nice to see on TV. At the shoot for Instinct, JP is looking good and wearing some skimpy underwear but all turns out great and the cover looks amazing.

Back at the agency, Janice's son, Nate, is struggling with running the commercial division of the agency. His first job that he wants to take on is with the IFC, which is the International Fight Club. IFC is basically like boxing with no protective gear! The IFC wants some of Janice's girls to be ring girls for their show and of course Janice has a problem with this because she wants to run a high fashion agency not one pimping out ring girls.

I personally was a ring girl once and it's a fun job but not a tough one. You have to be real confident and sure of yourself to get up there on stage in front of all those guys!

Janice makes Stina and Pierce exempt from the job because she knows that they want to do high fashion and this is not the route they want to go.

The IFC picks Fargo, Desiree and Erin to work the ring. Erin is the new girl that dropped out of the fashion show a few weeks ago without calling and showed up late for the audition today for the IFC. Needless to say, she is not one of Janice's favorites and she lets her know that. Sure enough, a day before the IFC show she drops out of the job saying she booked a national campaign. We won't be seeing her at the agency anymore!

The girls first job at the IFC is to hold up the towels of the fighters when they get weighed in. One guy decides he is going to pull the towel away and exposes himself to the girls — classy guy we got here!

Desiree gets real offended by this and runs off stage. Who can blame her? The guy was a creep. Drama and more drama — I love it. And speaking of love, I think I should just let you know that Fargo loves the ring girl job and I say good for her. Taking on the job with excitement!

After all the craziness, the job turned out great, the girls worked the heck out of their numbers and Janice actually said she was enjoying herself!

All was good except for my favorite model, Stina. Janice gives her some crap when they were doing a high fashion photo shoot with the fighters and Stina goes off the edge! Saying Janice doesn't appreciate her and is always giving her crap and calling her fat (please don't stop that Janice, that's why we watch the show) so Stina threatens to quit!

Nooooooo! I love her! Don't do it girl, you will be sorry. And with that the show is over. Another cliffhanger. What am I going to do until next week? I know — I will eat some Cheetos for the poor starving models!
