The Final Answer Is … Lawsuit!
Who wants to win a lawsuit?
The final answer - a former contestant on "Who Wants to be a Millionaire."
Richard Rosner is suing the producers and ABC to try to return to the hit game show, after he missed what he alleges was a faulty $16,000 question.
Rosner's suit claims ABC and Valleycrest had a policy in which contestants could return to the show if an error occurred. If he's not allowed to come back, Rosner wants damages of more than $1 million.
No one at ABC or Valleycrest Productions, which handles the show, could be reached for comment Tuesday night.
The question Rosner missed - "What capital city is located at the highest altitude above sea level?"
La Paz, Bolivia is the world's highest capital - but Rosner says La Paz was not one of the four choices he was given.
