The Apprentice
Apprentice is back and we start off with Aaron heading back to his team after he got to sit in with the Donald and help him fire Marissa. Aaron goes on to tell his team how the Donald didn't like that he didn't contribute much to help him fire someone. I think that may get Aaron into trouble later for that, the Donald likes outspoken guys.
The task this week is to help Sue Bee Honey harvest, bottle, and sell bottles of their honey - I am hungry for honey already! Arrow has to harvest first and Stefani is scared to death of the bees but does a great job covering it up and pushing through the "bees" and harvesting that honey. Meanwhile Surya is annoying some of his new teammates by all his talk using big important words but no action. Aaron the project manager for this task seems to pick up on the teams hostility towards Surya.
Over at Kinetic Derek must have gotten the reject bee suit because he is the only one who gets stung- it was kind of funny in a mean way. Aimee is the project manager for this task and she didn't get the marketing campaign done in the fours hours the rest of the team was collecting honey - um why doesn't she just ask to be fired now.
Arrow seems to be having fun despite some trouble with Tim and the bottling process, he should probably never been in charge of bottling anything again. Arrow has the great idea of buy one bottle get one free, but Aaron really is doing a poor job of selling the product, in my opinion this guy is really dragging this team down whether they like him or not. He doesn't seem to be productive in any way at all.
Kinetic has some more progress at selling despite a slow start because Aimee was having real trouble asserting any sort of leadership, maybe Aimee and Aaron should take a course in leadership when this is all over. But the team pulls through by promoting the fact their honey was bottled by their fellow teammate and Olympic gold medalist Angela, and the smartest marketing move ever in my opinion Derek whips on the bee suit to sell honey-that's clever marketing.
In the end, Arrow sold 217 bottles and Kinetic sold 345 bottles so Kinetic wins! Kinetic gets to play a fun basketball game with the Lakers and even better they get to move back into the mansion. And Aimee gets to sit in with Trump to help fire a member of Arrow. Aimee was once on a team with Surya so she tries to defend him in the boardroom because she likes him.
In the boardroom Trump points out that Tim has a bit of a crush on Nicole and that Aimee is much more fierce on the losing team that Aaron was. Aaron and Surya are getting slammed and Aaron decides to take back into the boardroom with him to possibly be fired Nicole and Surya. Surya is kind of obvious because the team has ganged up on him but Nicole I don't really understand and neither does Donald. In the end between Aarons lack on input in the boardroom this week and his lack of leadership this week as project manager that's it is Aaron's time to be FIRED!!!
More love between Nicole and Tim next week!
