"The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business": Read your clues carefully
(CBS) When you're competing on "The Amazing Race," time is always of the essence. But reading your clues carefully helps too.
One team learned that the hard way on this week's episode of "The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business," and the mistake sent them home. (SPOILER ALERT)

The episode started with a helicopter ride up the Matterhorn, where teams had to decide whether to search for a dummy in the snow, or simulate a rescue mission of a lost hiker. Zev and Justin and Gary and Mallory decided to search - finding the dummy wasn't hard, but getting it out of the ice and snow was.
Once the teams searched or rescued, they had to take a train down the mountain to another challenge inspired by Swiss chocolate and one of the show's sponsors. They had to paint and fill a chocolate mold of the Travelocity gnome. The Goths bickered the whole way through the challenge (which seemed like a really long one), and argued with the Globetrotters over whether Vyxsin took a chocolate mold she didn't paint.
Once the chocolate gnomes were complete, teams got a real gnome and their next clue, which told them to travel on foot to the Race leg's pit stop. The "on foot" part proved to be important, mainly because Kent and Vyxsin didn't read that part of the clue and went straight for a taxi.
The Globetrotters arrived first, winning a trip to the Cook Islands. Kisha and Jen came next, followed by Kent and Vyxsin - but their taxi-taking earned them a 30 minute penalty. That was enough time for Gary and Mallory and Zev and Justin to make it to the pit stop, and meant the Goths were going home.
