Texas Teen Alyssa Rehfield Missing, 36-Year-Old David Karan Suspected
RICHMOND, Texas (CBS/KHOU) An Amber Alert has been issued for Alyssa Rehfield, a missing 16-year-old Texas girl who disappeared sometime after she was seen at around 11:20 Monday at her home in Richmond, Texas.

Rehfield is believed to be with 36-year-old David Karan whom she met on the Internet, reports CBS affiliate KHOU.
Capt. James Burger of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office told KHOU it was not clear whether Alyssa went willingly or whether she was abducted, but "any time a young juvenile female is in the custody of an adult male, that brings alarm to us and we act on it."
Detectives have reason to believe that the pair are heading out of state; police received a tip that the two may have been in Boerne, Texas Tuesday morning, over 200 miles west of Richmond.
At that time, they were driving a silver 1995 Ford Aspire with Oregon license plate 884-AGZ, says KHOU.
Alyssa is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. She was last seen wearing dark blue or black skinny jeans, a black T-shirt, and a wrap-around cardigan.
The missing teen also has braces.
David Karan is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall and 130 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Karan is known to have lived in Missouri, Oregon, and California.
