(CBS) Amber Portwood luck is beginning to run out.

The star of the MTV series "Teen Mom" ran out of court in tears earlier today upon discovering she's set to go on trial in the felony domestic battery case with ex-boyfriend Gary Shirley.

E! Online reported that the mother of Leah, 2, broke down into tears following the announcement that her trial was going forward and had been set for Nov. 16.

Last December, Portwood, 20, was charged with domestic violence after allegedly assaulting her ex-boyfriend last September. She faces one misdemeanor count of domestic violence and two felony counts of domestic battery and could get up to 3 years in prison if convicted.

The reality star has been the center of attention since her conflict with Shirley, 24. She grabbed further media attention when nude photographs of her were released in February.

Another report from E! Online made the announcement that  Portwood.  Maci Bookout, Catelynn Lowell and Farrah Abraham will be returning for a third season of "Teen Mom" set to premiere on July 5.
