Teen Choice Awards: Lautner Hotter Than Pattinson

NEW YORK (CBS) It looks as if Team Jacob may be drawing ahead.

Of all the talking points - Sandra Bullock's leather pants and Katy Perry's wardrobe changes- that emerged after Sunday night's award show, this may be the most surprising.

Taylor Lautner, who plays "Twilight" werewolf Jacob, was named Choice Male Hottie, beating out several opponents , including co-star Robert Pattinson, who plays vampire Edward Cullen in the "Twilight" saga.

Other nominees were Zac Efron, Kellan Lutz and Ian Somerhalder. Pattinson won last year.

Actress Megan Fox took home the surfboard for Choice Female Hottie for the second straight year. Her competition was Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson, Kim Kardashian and ceremony host Katy Perry.

The show aired Monday night on Fox.
