Taxi Passenger Pulls Knife on Driver, Still Pays Fare Plus Tip

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (CBS/AP) A taxi passenger in Sacramento may have been displeased with his service, but he still managed to leave a tip.

Police say a man reportedly pulled a knife on a cab driver during a dispute last weekend, but the disgruntled rider still paid his fare - plus tip.

The Sacramento Bee reports that the passenger argued with the driver about his desired destination on Saturday and then pulled out a folding-blade knife, prompting the driver to flee on foot.

The man also fled the scene, but not before paying his fee, and a little something extra.

Police say the knife-wielding tipper has not been found.
