Stars are Sporting Blue Hair
NEW YORK (CBS) Is Hollywood going through a blue period?
You might think so, with the number of stars being photographed (or appearing in films) wearing the color in their hair.
Most recently, actress Juliette Lewis wore a blue 'do on the red carpet at the premiere of "The Switch" on Monday.
At the MTV Movie Awards in June, Katy Perry channeled her upcoming film role, lending her voice to Smurfette in "The Smurfs," walking the red carpet in a bright blue wig.
In 2008's "Bride Wars," a hair dye mishap left Kate Hudson's character with blue hair shortly before her wedding. And in "Scott Pilgrim vs. The World," which hit theaters last Friday, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, who plays Ramona Flowers, changes her hair color throughout the film - with blue being one of the hues she sports.
Other stars who have sported blue hair: Kate Winslet (in "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind"), Gwen Stefani (back in 1998), Adrien Brody (who had streaks in his hair at a film screening last May), Ryan Phillippe (in "Playing by Heart"), and model Amber Rose (last year).
So, who do you think wore blue best?
