Snooki: My Book's a New York Times Bestseller

NEW YORK (CBS) "Jersey Shore" star Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi says she's now a bestselling author.

The MTV personality posted a message on Twitter announcing that her novel, "A Shore Thing," made the New York Times Best Sellers list.

"OMG I'm a New York Times Best Selling Author!!!" she wrote Thursday. "Thank you so much to my fans, family and everyone who made this possible! LOVE YOU ALL !!"

"A Shore Thing" hit bookshelves on Jan. 4. The novel's plot follows two cousins who rent a house on the Jersey Shore for the summer.
