Craver pleaded guilty Monday to a second-degree murder charge in the death of Chisom, reports CBS affiliate WFMY. His attorney, David Freedman, says Craver accepts full responsibility and can't sleep at night because of the death. Freedman says the two were friends and that Craver didn't intentionally harm Chisom.
Authorities have said that both Craver and Chisom were attending a party last August before the incident. She was sitting in the front passenger seat when she was hit by the thrown rock, and she died alter at a local hospital.
