This just in: Loic Lemeur's video blog commenting platform Seesmic has raised $6 million in second-round financing from eBay (NSDQ: EBAY) founder Pierre Omidyar and Wellington Partners via its London-based partner Eric Archambeau. The startup will use the funds to further develop the platform, add mobile functionality and internationalize. More follows
