SeaWorld toddler rape suspect now faces federal child-pornography charge
(CBS/AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - Central Florida man Michael Grzybowicz is facing a federal child-pornography charge after he allegedly raped a 2-year-old girl and taped it on his cell phone, while she was left in his care at SeaWorld in Orlando for just ten minutes.
Grzybowicz, 26, was left alone with the toddler while the victim's mother went on a ride with her boyfriend Feb. 17, according to the woman.
Grzybowicz had gone to the park with the family.
According to the Orange County Sheriff's office, the photographs clearly showing the rape were found on Grzybowicz's cell phone. Though he reportedly sent them to his Yahoo account, he told the investigators that he does not know how the photos got there.
Grzybowicz, who works as a restaurant cook in Melbourne, was initially arrested and jailed on charges of possessing child pornography.
