There are several Web services designed to help you arrange meetings, but few match the simplicity of ScheduleOnce. Without so much as a registering, you can set up a meeting, specify a timeframe, and determine who can suggest times for the meeting: you, the invitees, or both. With that done, you get a URL you can e-mail to invitees using your default e-mail program. The invitees click the link, indicate their availability, and, if allowed, suggest the times they'd prefer.
