(CBS/AP) SAN JOSE, Calif. - Police say Mario Jesus Hernandez, the suspect in a San Jose murder, may be posing as his identical twin brother.

The twenty-two-year-old alleged gang member is accused of sneaking into a home last month and fatally shooting Marco Paredes.

The 25-year-old Paredes, a vintage car restorer, was visiting Hernandez's girlfriend.

San Jose police say they believe Hernandez is using his identical twin brother, Gilbert Paul Hernandez's, ID card and name to try to elude authorities.

The brothers have tattoos on their arms and chest. But Officer Jose Garcia says the tattoo on the suspect's chest is distinctive and has the letter "N."
