Herman Cain's campaign is not the only one with a new click-worthy internet adout: San Franciscans for Jobs and Good Government released a memorable ad Tuesday morning supporting interim San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee - starring Oakland native M.C. Hammer.

The ad touts Lee, who took over after former Mayor Gavin Newsom became lieutenant governor, as "2 Legit 2 Quit" - a "remixed" version of the song for which features prominently, along with Hammer himself.

It also features cameos from a handful of other Bay Area celebrities - such as Will.i.am, San Francisco Giants pitcher Brian Wilson, Google's Marissa Mayer, and Twitter co-founder Biz Stone.

In a Tuesday morning Tweet, Hammer said he was "bringing back a classic!" in honor of Lee, San Francisco's first Asian American mayor.

Aaron McClear, a spokesman for San Franciscans for Jobs and Good Government, told ABC News they "really were looking for a creative way to cut through the clutter."
