WMUR-TV reports a Rockingham County grand jury recently indicted the 27-year-old Dow.

Dow had pleaded not guilty in December to multiple assault and other charges involving the treatment of the boy.

The girlfriend, 24-year-old Jessica Linscott, of Plaistow, pleaded guilty last month to several charges and was sentenced to at least 2 1/2 years in prison for failing to get help for her son. She's expected to testify against Dow.

The boy was hospitalized with a traumatic brain injury and burns to his wrist and fingers last year. The couple was arrested at Universal Studios in Florida.
